Our commitment to you

We know that your work is important to you, and we want you to feel completely confident in our services.  You should know that:

• we understand that your work is your intellectual property
• we will delete your document after we return the original to you
• we provide a confidential service
• if your document is of a sensitive nature, we are prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement
• when dealing with EasyWriter, you’ll be dealing with professionals. We don’t work around other jobs or projects to complete the task you’ve given us. We work full-time, only for you, until we’ve finished.

When editing and proofreading, we aim for a quick turnaround once we accept your document – but we will not rush through your document at the expense of quality!  If we cannot accept your work due to our previous commitments, or if we cannot meet your intended deadline, we will inform you at the outset.

When providing writing services, we will discuss your requirements with you and decide on a deadline.  If we cannot accept your work for any reason, we will inform you at the outset.
